Hello 2022!!
I guess, like many others, I am among those who is positively looking forward to the new year. New year, new hopes and definitely more and more new adventures to strive for. Alhamdulillah.
So, stay with us, Wirdora Lovers! We have great plans awaiting you for the next twelve months.
One thing I learned from the past two years due to the pandemic ‘trauma’ is one thing - always be prepared for any change in life. As the saying goes, one thing in life that is constant is CHANGE. So, while we are changing constantly, why don’t make it for a BETTER change, right?
Alhamdulillah, we are so grateful for the faith we have and being a true Muslim, I believe that for whatever ‘changes’ that come along the way is nothing but good and for our own self improvements. Trust Allah. There’s nothing that He sends down for you is anything beyond your capability.
Like what is stated in the Al-Quran in surah Al-Baqarah verse 286:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned.
For whatever and however this coming year is presented to you, just set your mind up, stay firm and trust Allah.
So, why not start this year with some positive changes like:
● Spend more time with people who make your life better.
● Let yourself sleep in sometimes. Take a day off just because you want to.
● Pick up a new hobby that makes you happy.
● Read a book. Don't bring work home with you
● Perform random acts of kindness for people. Do something that makes you feel accomplished.
● Don't dwell on things you can't change. Do something — big or small — that you're really proud of.
● Finish something you started.
● Forgive someone.
● Make an effort to stay in touch with friends and family.
● Treat yourself to something you've been wanting forever.
